1) Can I pay in my own currency instead of in UK Pounds Sterling?

No. We only accept UK£ Sterling but if you're shopping by credit card from outside the UK, your payment will be converted automatically by your credit card company into your local currency. Click here if you wish to check the latest exchange rates.

2)  Is it safe for me to give you my credit card details?

Yes. All credit card transactions are handled exclusively by WorldPay through their securely encrypted servers. WorldPay are part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, the 5th biggest banking group in the world, WorldPay payment solutions are trusted by thousands of businesses, big and small.

3) Is it safe for me to give you my personal details and my email address?

Yes. We do not sell or otherwise disclose customers' personal details or email addresses to any other companies.

4) What are the postage and packing charges?

We charge £2.00 per item for orders to the UK, £3.00 per item for Europe and £4.00 per item for the Rest of the World.
We reserve the right to vary all postage charges from time to time. UK orders are sent by Second Class Royal Mail and all other orders by Airmail.


5)  Can I still buy goods if I don't have a credit card, or by postal mail?

Yes. We also accept cheques, postal orders and International Money Orders but they must be in UK Pounds Sterling. Select your goods in our shop as normal, then fill in the order form, selecting Cheque where it says Select Your Payment Method, then print out a copy of the page when you've finished and send it with your full payment (made payable to Finally Fan-Fair Ltd) to: Finally Fan Fair Ltd, P.O. Box 153, Stanmore, Middlesex, HA7 2HF, England.

6)  How long will my goods take to arrive?

UK orders are sent by Second Class Royal Mail and all other orders by Airmail. We aim to dispatch all items within 14 days of receiving your order (or with payments by cheque, once your cheque has cleared).

7)  Are goods from you under any sort of guarantee?

Yes. We give a 30 day money back guarantee which means that if you're not completely satisfied, providing goods are returned to us in good condition within 30 days of your purchase, we guarantee to exchange goods or refund your money We must be notified by email within 24 hours of delivery should merchandise arrive with you in a faulty condition.



8)  Who runs this shop?

The Chris De Burgh merchandising site is run by Kenny Thomson Management (who manage Chris De Burgh) in conjunction with Finally Fan-Fair Ltd, who are responsible for all merchandising at Chris de Burgh shows.

Please note that we are unable to arrange backstage passes for live shows, get items personally signed by Chris, provide autographs, or answer questions regarding tour dates or albums etc.
